Nairobi is set to host the second Summit on Clean Cooking in Africa. The Summit will be held in conjunction with the International Energy Agency, Norway and the USA. The inaugural event in Paris in 2024 mobilised almost $2.2 billion in pledges. The second edition will convene governments and the private sector to explore solutions on how to provide clean cooking access to approximately one billion Africans.
