In its revised Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) submitted in February this year under the Paris Agreement, Eritrea aims to cut its emissions by 8% unconditionally by 2030, but this rises to 24% by 2030 on the condition of international finance and support, and potentially through cooperation under Article 6. There is no 2035 target in the NDC.
