On 28 October Canada and Germany released a Progress Report on the Climate Finance Delivery Plan that looks at the collective progress and key actions still required by developed countries to deliver on the commitment to jointly mobilize US$100 billion in climate finance per year. In the Delivery Plan, developed countries provided further transparency on the collective effort to scale up climate finance, and set out a list of ten collective actions to deliver on the USD100 billion goal, respond to the needs and priorities of developing countries, and build on previous experience to deliver more effective and enhanced climate finance.
