The AGN has called for a more inclusive and consultative process which takes into account the positions and needs of Africa, specifically its need for enhanced resources when determining the US$ 1.3 trillion roadmap. They have also underscored that African countries are willing and ready to implement their NDCs but simply lack the finance to do so.
