Following record attendance at COP28 held in Dubai, this year’s COP in Baku, Azerbaijan is likely to see less participation from US lawmakers and Congressional representatives. The scaled down attendance is due to several factors, such as the USA’s legislative calendar and the concerns about the political dynamics in Azerbaijan.
